Juan Andres Hernandez NCARB

The founder and principal Architect of JAH Design Studio began his architectural journey in Cuba, graduating with honors from the University of Camagüey in 2009. After gaining five years of professional experience, he moved to the United States in 2014 to explore new opportunities and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Shortly after his arrival, he joined WHA Design—an established firm founded in 1962—where he worked under the mentorship of Bruce Arthur, one of the most respected architects in the region. Under Arthur’s guidance, he refined his technical skills, deepened his understanding of the local industry, and embraced a design approach focused on client needs and thoughtful solutions.

In 2021, he became a licensed architect in the state of Florida. Motivated by years of experience, a clear vision, and strong support from his mentor, he launched JAH Design Studio in 2023. The firm is now also licensed in Massachusetts, allowing it to serve a broader range of clients across multiple states.
